Although coming with a slightly steep price tag, their courses are definitely worth it – they steamroll you through a host of easy-to-understand recipes so you can recreate the magic at home. Well prepared and perfectly executed cooking classes offered by warm, charming and informative hosts. The Okonomiyaki class was the best cooking class we have ever taken. We washed, shopped, stirred, cooked and flipped everything we made, ensuring that we would know how to do it when we got home. But the best part was the last half hour, sharing the fruits of our labor with our gracious hosts and instructors. This is a must for foodies and aspiring cooks.
