For a socially distanced hanami season, you can now book a private taxi to tour you around Tokyo's best sakura spots. Choose from four different sakura tours: three daytime courses and an evening tour.
Here are the four routes:
Course A: Chigorigafuchi, Sakuradabori, Hibiya Park, Zojoji Temple, and Tokyo Midtown.
Course B: Hibiya Park, Sakuradabori, Chidorigafuchi, Yanaka Cemetery and Ueno Park.
Course C: Yoyogi Park, Setagaya Park, Kinuta Park, Komazawa Olympic Park, Nomikawa Water Park and Meguro River.
Evening course: Chigorigafuchi, Sakuradabori, Ark Hills, Zojoji Temple and Tokyo Tower.
Taxis can hold up to six passengers. Reservations are required at least two days in advance and can be made online here.
