Spend your Friday night bar-hopping around Chitose-Funabashi, where around 25 local eateries and bars will be serving up nibbles and tipples at special prices during this boozy bash organised by the local merchants' association. ¥3,500 will get you five tickets, each one exchangeable for a combo of one drink and one food item at any of the participating businesses.
