Climb Tokyo Tower

Most Tokyoites have been to this famed landmark at least once, but how many have scaled the tower via the outdoor 600-step staircase? Now's your chance to do just that, as this special event opens up the stairs every day between December 21 and January 5. 600 steps might sound like a lot, but even small kids should be able to complete the climb in around 15 minutes. Bring your coat though - the wind can make it feel pretty chilly near the top.
