Time Out says

Tottori in the west is Japan's least populated prefecture, so it obviously needs to go that extra mile to get its name out there. For the fourth consecutive year, us busy city-dwellers can get a taste of this pearl of the Chugoku region right here in Tokyo, as the nine-day Co-Tori fair introduces Tokyoites to Tottori highlights like crafts, food and drinks. Again centring on Nakameguro's SML, the Tottori Craft Fair exhibits pottery, steel crafts, cloth and paper from the region, while the 'Co-Tori Bar' event on March 2 and 3 sees six area restaurants team up to serve Tottori-made delicacies. Pick up a ¥2,500 ticket at SML on the day and get a free drink with every eligible food order at each participating location – great for bar-hoppers on a budget. Check out the official website (in Japanese only) for a full list of the bars.
