    Time Out says

    Welcome the 2026 new year while looking out at the dazzling Shibuya skyline from the 40th floor of Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. The 2025/2026 countdown party is held at Bellovisto bar, with live music by DJs Leo Gabriel, DJ Kawasaki and headliner Shuya Okino.

    Entry fee ranges from ¥20,000 to ¥29,000, depending on where you are seated. All plans include free-flow champagne, highball, wine, beer, cocktails and soft drinks. While the Legato standing area (¥20,000) only comes with unlimited drinks, the reserved Salon (¥26,000) and Cocoon (¥29,000) seating areas offer appetisers, too.
