Ukima Park in Itabashi is participating in the Flower and Light Movement event along with Toneri Park in Adachi. You can see cherry blossoms along with 20,000 tulips covering the field next to the park’s iconic windmill during this spring festival.
The blooms will light up from 5.30pm to 9pm daily. Make sure to walk along the sakura tree boulevard for some of the best shots of the park's spring scenery.
