Street performers, shamisen players, kimono-clad dancers and inebriated locals all play a role in Fukagawa's annual autumn celebration, which centres on a grand old parade travelling from Eitai-dori to Fukagawa Park between noon and 1.30pm. The park is also where to find stalls selling all kinds of tasty local specialities.
