What is summer without gelato? This weekend, the jury of the Gelato World Tour will be making a stop at Yokohama where 12 local gelaterias will be competing for the best gelato flavour in Japan.
Here, you can sample flavours you’ve never had before and cast a vote for the cone that knocks your socks off. These artisanal scoops are as complex as they come, with flavours such as caesar salad, lime chocolate with roasted tea, forest spice and rosemary honey. In addition to the main event, the programme includes an espresso seminar, a gelato cocktail seminar, a wine seminar and a string quartet. As an added bonus, the first 250 people to arrive will receive a free bottle of juice.
