Stroll around Oimachi Station in late May and sample fine fare from some of Japan's best-loved 'b-grade' dining establishments at this food fest organised by self-confessed 'gourmet maniacs'. The lineup of around 15 restaurants includes representatives from organisations like the Japan Karaage Association and the All Japan Donburi Union, so you know you'll be getting only officially approved delicacies. We recommend heading over early – the stalls close as soon as they run out of grub.
