See Tokyo Midtown Hibiya transformed into a floral paradise for about three weeks at this free springtime event. The Hibiya Step Square will be equipped with an elaborate flower garden so you can enjoy blooms of every colour. The raised garden beds and staircase will be illuminated in colourful lights in the evening, featuring a special light show every ten minutes. Visit the flower pop-up shop at Hibiya Step Square on April 3, 10 or 17 to take home a floral wreath or a bouquet of fresh flowers. Hibiya Park will also be decked out in tulips and nemophila until April 17.
