The second edition of Hibiya Park's 2015 Oktoberfests rolls along at the tail end of summer, once again featuring the familiar sausages, oom-pah music and quality German beer served from hefty glass tankards. It's a recipe that Tokyo never seems to grow tired of, and for good reason.
