Hiroo Fair 2014

Here's a great chance to take in the atmosphere of one of Tokyo's most international neighbourhoods: Hiroo's Sanpo-dori shopping arcade will be closed off for traffic during this one-afternoon festival that sees shops and restaurants in the area take to the streets to show off their goodies. A salsa band will be in charge of the accompaniment, while kids will appreciate the miniature train making its way through the crowds.
