Time Out says

You've probably seen pictures of Holi, the Hindu festival in which people pelt each other with coloured powder. Held annually since 2013, the Japan version of this technicolour bonanza returns to Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse in April. All that coloured powder gets awfully messy, so the main 'Holi Looks Contest' will be held inside a tent on three consecutive afternoons (4pm start; ¥1,980), with Sunday seeing the most colourful participant awarded a return flight to India. It's worth stopping by earlier though, for a full programme of stage events – including music and dance – plus a food court and handicraft stalls.
