Time Out says

Think you missed the cherry blossoms in Tokyo? Fret not, this festival in Asakusa celebrates the late-blooming yaezakura cherry blossoms, which flowers after the common somei-yoshino variety.

This year, the festivities take place at Fuji Park. There will be a flea market along with kabuki shows and traditional Japanese musical performances.

If you’re expecting to see the festival’s famous Edo Yoshiwara Oiran Dochu parade, unfortunately that will not be happening this year.
