Time Out says

Indonesia and Japan are celebrating 65 years of friendship with a festival at Yoyogi Park, featuring a host of food stalls serving classic Indonesian food like nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice), ayam goreng (Indonesian fried chicken), mi goreng (Indonesian stir-fried noodles), and more. You can also shop for the country’s traditional apparel and knick-knacks, as well as participate in workshops on batik painting and origami art.

Don’t miss the stage performances. There are Balinese dance, martial arts demonstrations, and plenty of Indonesian music all day long.
