Time Out says

Spending Golden Week in Tokyo? Visit the Ippinkai Gourmet Show at Seibu Ikebukuro department store to feast on a plethora of regional Japanese dishes and desserts. During the first half of the week from April 26 to May 2, you’ll be treated to Osaka’s famous 551 Horai steamed pork buns, Kobe beef bento from Tatsuya, powdered natto from Saitama, and more.

The food offerings will change from May 3 to 9. This time you’ll find a chilled ramen with roasted mackerel and Saikyo miso by Menya Inoichi and Menya Inoichi Hanare in Kyoto, basque cheesecake sandwich from Majorca in Futako Tamagawa, and Kumamon-shaped cakes from Kumamoto prefecture. There will also be nine varieties of gourmet shaved ice from popular kakigori shops across Japan. You can expect creative flavours like blood orange passion fruit, sake lee lime and pistachio tiramisu.
