Time Out says

Known for hosting a variety of events that aren't always booze-related, Ishikawa Brewery is one of the more active breweries in the Tokyo area. Besides sake, which they have brewed since 1881, they also started brewing beer back in 1998. Visiting the brewery is a nice daytrip from the city; tours can be given on request in both English and French on weekdays, and are free of charge. If you're feeling peckish afterwards, they also have a proper pub-restaurant, Fussa no Birugoya, as well as a sake shop onsite.
