One of the great things about Tokyo is that you get to explore Japan’s many regions without leaving the city – there’s always some festival celebrating another prefecture or city. This one-day event, now in its fifth year, is dedicated to Iwate prefecture in the very north of Japan. Expect plenty of things to taste, sip, learn and buy from Iwate prefecture – especially sake!
