The Japan Grand Prix International Orchid and Flower Show is one of the biggest orchid exhibitions in the world, and one of the most extravagant.
The exhibition has over one million orchids in a wide variety of colours to commemorate the event’s 33rd anniversary this year. At the entrance, you’ll see a spectacular gate made with 100,000 orchids, which leads through a pathway that has walls covered in even more orchid blooms.
Make sure to stroll by the Botanical market where around 50 stalls will be selling all kinds of flowers including daffodil, cattleya and more. And don’t miss the special exhibit of flowers displayed by winning growers from previous events.
