Japan Grand Prix – International Orchid Festival

Be prepared for the largest assortment of orchids you'll probably ever see in your life (unless you happen to have worked at a flower warehouse). Held at Tokyo Dome, the 27th edition of the International Orchid Festival will see over 3,000 species, 100,000 cuttings and 2.5 million orchids from 19 countries across the planet paraded around. You'll also find an 'interesting orchid' corner, as well as a section for orchids that resemble this year's Zodiac animal, the rooster, plus much more. On Valentine's Day, they'll be putting on a special 'Valentine Night', which will include concerts and see extended opening hours (until 9pm), inviting you to drop by after work and ogle at some orchids.
