Time Out says

From October 24-28, Takashiyama Nihonbashi Department Store is hosting a special kind of sake extravaganza – browse and buy rare sake, taste around 500 varieties of sake curated from across Japan, and savour new flavours at sake-and-food pairing pop-ups.

A sample of the pop-ups you can expect are: All Moto’s Bar, curated by Marie Chiba of renowned Ebisu dining bar, Gem by Moto; Sake’s Kitchen, serving cheese and sake pairings; and a wagyu-and-sake pairing experience conceived by wagyu speciality restaurant Yakiniku Yazawa and sake company Nihonshu Oendan. Sake tasting sets are ¥1,000 (three 60ml glasses), and sake and food pairing plates cost around ¥1,500.
