Time Out says

Start your weekend with a strong cup of joe at the 4th annual Kawagoe Coffee Festival, held at Japan’s little Edo town located less than an hour from central Tokyo. There will be a total of 29 stalls from across Japan selling hot caffeinated beverages as well as hot chocolate and chai tea to warm you up. They will be accompanied by seven food stalls offering hotdogs, yakiimo (baked sweet potatos), pizza and such to pair with your drinks. With ¥1,600, you can get an original mug plus four sampling tickets. Otherwise, you can pay the full price for every individual order.
