Kawasaki Halloween Parade

The biggest Halloween parade in the Tokyo area happens down the road in Kawasaki, where 3,500 impressively costumed freaks go stomping through the streets before winding up at the La Citadella complex. If you want to take part yourself, applications are being accepted from September 1 – just be warned that the overall standard of the costumes is scarily high.
