Sure, you’ll have your eyes on the prize – the three thirst-quenching Ichiban Shibori beers poured just for you at the end of the tour – but the journey through the brewery is refreshing in its own way, with many hands-on experiences. You’ll of course go through the entire process of beer-making, with a focus on the brewery’s internationally renowned flagship, the Kirin Ichiban Shibori unfiltered first-press beer; you’ll feel and smell the hops, witness the fermentation process, taste the beer wort more.
