Time Out says

Komazawa Olympic Park, home to the distinctive Kenzo Tange-designed tower that resembles a Jenga set, is lit up with colourful LEDs this holiday season. The park’s central square is also decked out with a number of illuminated Christmas trees between December 10 and 25.

Don’t miss the lighting ceremony on December 10. Aside from a variety of food stalls that open at 11am, you can join a free clay-candle workshop from 3pm. You’ll also be able to enjoy stage performances in the afternoon from 4.30pm, before the illuminations are switched on at 5pm.

The illuminations take place daily from 5pm to 9pm.
