Time Out says

It's been 34 years since French bakery Johan first planted roots in Japan, and naturally they're celebrating with a bread fair in all their shops across the country. During this time, nine different special breads will be on offer, from the honey-and-butter-encased préfou (which looks like a distant cousin to the proper garlicky Vendéenese préfou) to the cheesy Paris and Eiffel Tower bread. On top of that, the very first Johan store in Ginza will be baking a batch of birthday bread and handing it out to customers on May 31 – note that the exact time is still under wraps.
