Time Out says

Organised by Fab Café and Glug Tokyo, two networking spaces that bring together creatives in the tech industry, this free online event will feature key personalities from various maker communities. Starting at 6pm, the speakers will take turns to discuss how they are responding to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic in their respective fields

Azby Brown from Safecast will kick off the event by talking about the crowdsourced Covid-19 testing map. At 6.20pm, Ira Winder from Procedural Pandemic will lead a session on ‘Understanding the Covid-19 Epidemic as an Urban System via Interactive Simulation’.

FabCafé’s Bangkok founder Kalaya Kovidvisith will talk about community and collaboration to connect ‘the backlines and the frontlines’ at 6.30pm. The final speaker, at 6.40pm, is David Tena Vicente, Fab Café Barcelona’s CEO, who will give advice and provide solidarity. To round out the event, there will be a discussion among the speakers as well as an audience Q&A. The event will be held in English with Japanese subtitles added later.
