A sure sign that autumn is near, Meguro's annual celebration of the Pacific saury is your chance to sample some super-fresh grilled sanma for free. These local fish are shipped here directly from Iwate's Miyako, and you'll have to be willing to queue up for most of Sunday morning to get your hands on one.
