Time Out says

Let's face it: Hokkaido is a bit cold at this time of year, so if you're looking to sample some of the north's best dairy without freezing your butt off, best head over to Futako-Tamagawa Rise's Ribbon Street in February for this milky pop-up. You'll be able to compare three different types of Hokkaido milk in the form of a tasting set, sample some 'Milk Amazake', jacket potato with butter, garlic and basil, and Hokkaido-style Cheese-man, stuffed to the brim with cheese from the cold north – all in all, enough dairy to give you a lactose overdose. The mandatory stalls selling related merch and offering various hands-on experiences will make an appearance too (open until 6.30pm), but there's no mention of an actual Hokkaido cow – yet.
