Mongolian Spring Festival

Nothing says Golden Week like a nice bit of Mongolian wrestling, eh? The annual Hawarinbayaru (Spring Festival) returns to Hikarigaoka Park this weekend, in time to mark the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Japan and Mongolia. The attractions range from Monoglian music and dance (including masked tsam dancing, for the first time) to fashion, food – and, yes, wrestling.
