Time Out says

Japanese restaurant Kochuan at Happo-en is transforming its garden into a bar to celebrate the moon-viewing season. From September 29 to October 1 and again from October 27 to 28, the Japanese garden will be lit up with paper lanterns and thematic installations. The bar, on the other hand, will be serving exclusive cocktails featuring craft gin by The Ethical Spirits & Co.

Since space is limited to just 50 people per day, you must make a reservation in advance online. The Moon Bar is charging ¥4,500 per person and it comes with one drink and a set of bite-size dango made especially for this event.
