Time Out says

The moon-viewing event at Yokohama Chinatown’s Mid-Autumn Festival is held from 5.30pm to 7pm on Friday September 29. This event also includes Chinese traditional music and dance performances and tickets must be purchased in advance online. It costs ¥2,200 per person and you’ll receive three kinds of mooncakes, one drink and a colourful paper lantern. The first 100 people to arrive will get a special gift.

Not to worry if you can’t get a ticket. You can still enjoy sweet and savoury mooncakes at nine shops in the neighbourhood. They are listed on the festival website.
