Time Out says

When the temperature drops in Japan, the nabe pots come out. Nabe is a Japanese hotpot dish with endless variations. At this nabe festival, you can try hotpots from over 50 stores that come from all across the country, as well as other dishes like takoyaki, grilled seafood and steak. Look out for Iwate’s rich soy milk miso broth with oysters, classic beef motsu (tripe) nabe from Fukuoka, a luxurious crab nabe from Hokkaido and many more. There will also be plenty of desserts like custard pudding, castella and even candied apple if you’re craving something sweet.

If you want to pair your food with sake, go for the all-you-can-drink sake plan (advanced ¥3,150, day of the event ¥3,500), which gets you unlimited sake for a whole two hours. The booths will be serving up over 100 types of Japanese sake that go well with the meals on offer. We recommend purchasing the all-you-can-drink sake tickets in advance from the Pass Market ticketing website since it’s ten percent cheaper than getting tickets on the same day.
