Time Out says

Japanese wine is garnering more attention both domestically and internationally, and if you want to find out why, head to the Nagano Wine festival at the Imperial Hotel on February 9. Nagano prefecture is one of Japan’s premier wine-making regions, home to the indigenous Japanese koshu grape. A total of 30 Nagano wineries are coming together for this one-day event, so you can meet the winemakers while sampling their finest drops. Tickets include snacks and bottomless wine tastings.
