Time Out says
The ever-popular Odaiba Bread Festival, held every February, is getting an encore this year – and it's promising to be even bigger and better than the wintertime version. Expanded by quite a bit, the event space is now divided into two parts, with 21 stalls in total set to flaunt their baked wares. Coco Bagels will be representing Okinawa with their kokuto (black sugar), purple yam, mango and other inventive bagel flavours, while a hot dog bun-style coppepan layered with milk cream, Iwate salt and Morioka jajamen will come courtesy of Morioka Seipan in (confusingly enough) Ishikawa, Chiba. Note that the stalls stay open as long as stock lasts, so to get your hands on the widest variety, best head over early.
