Time Out says

Surprisingly enough, this takoyaki 'museum' is right here in Tokyo, rather than in its native Osaka. Opened again after a renovation period, the space, which consists of five famed takoyaki restaurants rather than octopus ball-related exhibits, now boasts 180 seats, plus a few sofas for you to sink back into with a serving of takoyaki. Takoyaki connoisseurs will be happy to hear that Kansai institutions such as Takoyaki Yamachan, Imo Tako, Takoyaki 18ban, Aiduya, and Takoya Dotonbori Kukuru are all represented. Of course, you'll be able to taste their specialities, plus get your hands on some serious tako-goods.
