Time Out says

The first Olympic mascot appeared at the 1968 Winter Games in Grenoble, and since then it has become a tradition for every host city to show off its own creation. On display you’ll find plushies, statues, merchandise, victory bouquets and costumes from past Olympic mascots. Entry is ¥500 for adults and free for high school students and under.
