Time Out says

Piglets are adorable, but we think the British-born micro pigs at this ranch in Akiruno are even cuter. These little guys are even smaller and lighter than the mini pigs you see on Instagram, topping out at just 20kg when fully grown. In the western outskirts of Tokyo near Okutama, Pignic Farm & Café allows you to interact with those micro cuties in a peaceful forest setting.

Unlike cramped animal cafés, Pignic provides the pigs with plenty of space to roam. Meet and play with micro piglets as they gambol around the 6,300sqm ranch and garden terrace. You can also pet them and watch them curl up on cushions and blankets inside the cosy timber lounge.

The café here sells coffee from the popular Ogawa Coffee Laboratory, along with housemade sweet treats such as cute pig-faced doughnuts and macarons. Note that before you visit, you’ll need to make a reservation online.
