Time Out says

Amusement park Sagamiko Pleasure Forest in Kanagawa prefecture is celebrating spring from March 19 to April 17. It’s one of Kanto’s biggest sakura festivals featuring 2,500 cherry blossom trees scattered around the park. You’ll get to float over a field of beautiful pink blossoms from the Pair Parallel lift, look out over the entire park covered in cherry blossoms from the 370-metre-high Muscle Monster, and go on a hanami drive on the go-kart track. There will also be special attractions exclusive to the event including a hot air balloon experience and a massive trampoline that takes you up seven metres high.

Feeling hungry? Visit restaurant Wild Dining to try some sakura-themed foods like coffee parfait topped with strawberries and the hanami staple three-coloured mochi, or an all-you-can-eat barbecue plan (¥5,000) while gazing at the sakura outside. If you stay here until the evening, you can even catch the cherry blossom trees adorned with fluorescent pink, gold and blue lights, too.
