Head over to the Tokyo International Forum for this massive Japanese sake event. At the 14th Japanese Sake Fair, you’ll get to taste sake from all over the country, and purchase bottles of your favourites. If you’re short on time, head straight for the separate tasting event which features about 200 top-ranking nihonshu from this year’s Annual Japan Sake Awards.
On Saturday, you can also join in a number of seminars about Japan’s traditional booze. However, these seminars are in Japanese only and you’ll need to make an advance reservation. Participation is free, but you’ll need a ticket to the fair.
