Time Out says

Over the past year, Tokyo has seen several notable re-development efforts focused on making good (read: profitable) use of the space beneath the city's many elevated railway tracks and highways. Next in line after Shimokitazawa Cage and Nakameguro's Koukashita is this Shinjuku establishment, a combination of a food court-like area with four different stalls, a gallery and a lounge designed by stylist Miki Aizawa. Found just outside of the station's southeast exit and all but indistinguishable from the farthest outgrowths of the Newoman station mall, Sanagi opened in early December 2016, is quite a bit artsier than its very corporate neighbour and is actually looking like it could attract interesting events – we'll surely be keeping a keen eye on this one.
