Time Out says

Ten months after drawing record crowds to a gathering at Meiji Park, the anti-nuclear campaign spearheaded by figures including Kenzaburo Oe and Ryuichi Sakamoto is organising another mass demonstration to coincide with the July 16 national holiday. With more than 7.8 million signatures now collected for its '10 Million People’s Petition to say Goodbye to Nuclear Power Plants', the campaign is predicting a turnout of 100,000 at its demo in Yoyogi Park. There'll be four stages in total, with live music and appearances from Sakamoto, Oe, et al. The demo itself starts at 1.30pm, and will be divided into three courses running to Shinjuku Chuo Park, Meiji Park and Ebisu.
