Seibu Halloween 2015

Taking the train from Nerima Station? Get into a Halloweeny mood on your commute from mid-October, which is when the station building and the surrounding area are decorated with orange and black, spooky art is displayed and even the Seibu trains get some extra colour. Harajuku style supremo Sebastian Masuda and students from the Nihon University College of Art will be contributing pieces, while special 'idol' and 'kawaii' trains run between Ikebukuro and Nerima stations on October 31 – booking details are here.
