They've done it in Hibiya Park. They've done it in Yoyogi. Now Tokyo's seasonally inaccurate celebration of German suds is moving to Shiba Park. Join the area's office workers as they gaze wistfully at Tokyo Tower while knocking back tankards of Hofbräu, Erdinger and Paulaner – complete with a chaser of sauerkraut and sausage, of course. Note: The Oktoberfest takes place in the north-west corner of the park, opposite the Tokyo Prince Hotel
