Time Out says

Just a year before the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, Yoyogi Park Athletics Track will be hosting a new festival on its grounds. The theme of this festival is friendship and it aimed to promote bonds between people regardless of nationality, gender and ability. During the day, there will be a number of parasports activities to get involved in, so you can learn more about the different sports and cultures around the world.

From 4.30pm, there will be a ‘Dusk Concert’ featuring acts such as the music group Chanran-Po-Rantan and a demonstration from NHK’s overwhelmingly popular PythagoraSwitch. From 6.30pm there will be a night parade, opening with the men’s cheerleading squad of Waseda University, Shockers, followed by Condors x Handles, a dance team with disabilities. There’ll be kakigori stands serving shaved ice throughout the day as well as other snack pop-ups so you can enjoy a Shibuya picnic as you watch the variety of performances.
