Time Out says

This tourist information centre, co-produced by Time Out Tokyo, is located just outside the west exit of the Shibuya Station, on the first floor of Shibuya Fukuras. Come here for the latest information about the city and pick up a few guidebooks, maps and our latest magazine – you can even store your luggage here to avoid the hassle of finding an empty coin locker at the station, purchase travel SIM cards, charge your electronic devices and more. Shibuya-san also functions as an exhibition space, with art shows and events taking place throughout the year.

In the evening, the space turns into a cosy bar and offers house cocktails, plus a variety of house-made soft drinks, made with Japanese ingredients. We recommend the Kyoto Uji matcha latte with butterfly-pea tea jelly, or the citrus jasmine tea with rose hip jelly that’s made with citrus fruit from Hiroshima (¥680 each).
