Shiga Japanese Sake Tasting Party in Tokyo

Shiga prefecture to the east of Kyoto is one of Japan's more historic and prolific sake-producing regions. This event, the second of its kind, is a chance to get acquainted with sake from the prefecture, with around 300 varieties on offer. Brewery workers will also be present on the day to add to the buzz and authenticity, and there’ll be a sake-warming booth, so you can experiment with temperature and see how it affects the characteristics of sake.
