Head to Shikinokaori Rose Garden out in Nerima to enjoy blooming roses and illuminations at the same time. There’s also a set of Christmas trees surrounded by plenty of cute lit-up animal statues, such as rabbits and squirrels.
Don’t miss the free 40-minute classical concert by the woodwind quintet of the Musashino Academia Musicae. It runs twice on December 17, from 12.10pm and again from 5pm.
