Time Out says

The Shin-Onsai music festival is returning to Shinjuku after a three-year break. Held on November 5 and November 6 at Shinjuku Bunka Center, the music event features Japanese bands such asOdotte Bakari No Kuni, Sunny Day Service, Mono No Aware and Bonobos, as well as solo artists like Ohzora Kimishima and Kimyo Reitaro. Only six artists have been announced so far, but you can expect more to be added to the lineup in the upcoming months. 

Tickets are ¥3,500 for one day and ¥6,000 if you want to attend two days. You can purchase them via the website starting September 10 at 10am.
